By using CrazyReach.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. One person or entity may maintain multiple accounts but may not abuse the system.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CrazyReach.ai to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates LinkedIn's terms of service. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI generation system. Automated or bulk operations beyond normal usage may be throttled or restricted.

Subscriptions & Billing

All plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial on their first plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time; it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Content generated using CrazyReach.ai belongs to you. You retain full ownership of all posts created with our platform. CrazyReach.ai retains ownership of its platform, technology, branding, and AI models.

Limitation of Liability

CrazyReach.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for LinkedIn API changes, post delivery failures, or third-party service outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for subscribed services. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
